Thats right, a full money back guarantee if you aren't happy with your sauna. You don't even have to tell us why although we'd like to know, just so we can fix it whatever it was!.
The time period for this is the first ten (10) days after delivery and (of course) you have to give the sauna back in the same condition you got it in. On our "About Us" page we offer a free sauna test where you can not only try the sauna for free but we will also refund your gas money if you decide to buy a sauna from us - so even the trip to come here to try it is free. We do this because we want you to know what it is you are buying and we want you to be happy with your sauna so please take advantage of this offer.
Two Year General Guarantee
The manufacturer supplies a 12 month guarantee but we have extended this to two years. This guarantee covers all mechanical parts which include the heaters, digital control panel, stereo and electrical wiring. Any of these parts that fail during this period due to factory defects will be substituted for free.
All the wood and glass are also guaranteed for two years but obviously if the damage is caused by misuse, accident or normal wear and tear the guarantee will not apply. For example, if the sauna is subjected to rain or very humid conditions the guarantee for the wood, if it were to crack and split, would not apply. As long as the sauna has been properly installed and well taken care of there is no reason that you should ever have a problem. This is one of the reasons that we want to come and do the installation ourselves, that way if there are any issues we can solve them BEFORE there is a problem.
And After The Guarantee Runs Out?
Once the two years is past, if you have a problem, all you have to do is call and we will come and fix it. Normal charges wil apply for time and labour plus parts, if any are needed. Luckily for us all there isn't a lot to go wrong on a sauna as it has no moving parts so it isn't likely that anything will break.
We also offer a "Repair it yourself" service and, after diagnosing the problem over the phone, can send the part required with full instructions on how to replace it. When we come to set up your sauna, or if you opt to do it yourself, you will see how easy it is to access and replace any of the parts so, later, if anything does go wrong you can decide whether to do it yourself or call us in. We offer a very prompt service and will advise you as to any charges before we come. We don't want to keep repeating ourselves but it is really important to us that our customers are satisfied so we do everything to insure that this is always the case, so if you have any suggestions please let us know!
