Assembling the sauna is a very simple process and we include with every sauna a set of concise and clear instructions. Easiliy done in les than a couple of hours (for a big sauna) only a screwdriver is required and virtually anyone can do it!
Before we deliver your sauna we always open all the boxes to inspect their contents and completely test the sauna. In this way we are sure that there will be no last minute problems and once the sauna is assembled it will function perfectly. We also have a large stock of spare parts and qualified technicians able to solve any problem that could arise, but basically the saunas are very simple in design and construction and have few working parts so there just isn't a lot to go wrong.
